But I think Wikileaks is rogue/activist like that; it pushes for anonymity for the sake of letting the people know. Our government (and perhaps the corporations) needs a radical change; this <em>might</em> help. Once the contract has been signed the people should have the right to see and scrutinize the contract to see if a project is overpriced or not. I think these contracts are not public documents right?
