		<description>I&#039;m not knowledgeable on which documents should be public according to Philippine laws, so I guess that is the hurdle that must be overcome if we want any sort of transparency. But I think Wikileaks is rogue/activist like that; it pushes for anonymity for the sake of letting the people know. Our government (and perhaps the corporations) needs a radical change; this &lt;em&gt;might&lt;/em&gt; help.</description>

Once the contract has been signed the people should have the right to see and scrutinize the contract to see if a project is overpriced or not. I think these contracts are not public documents right? Or will there be any consequences if they do that?</description>
