I think making a blog about QC is a great idea, that's why I wrote about it. Writing about a third world country is hard enough; writing about a city in it <em>online</em> is even tougher. If you're looking for QC bloggers I could point a few people in your direction, but I suggest you write some viral rollcall post in sites PinoyBlogosphere.
