I just pegged this post on my blog. KUDOs for pointing this out! I regularly check my posts after commenting. I HAVE noticed a number of blogs turning comments off and on; visually that is; rather than just deleting individual comments.

Makes you wonder just how many sites HAVE been hit unknowingly.

yeah, i work for forum designs, so i effin encounter these spam-like links everyday. mahn, spammers are getting smarter and smarter by the minute, it’s not even funny.

wow, that’s nasty. frightening, even. fortunately i’ve still yet to encounter this virus (hopefully, never!). thanks for the heads-up :P
